Mindfulness Matters


The six-week program using mindfulness approach will help you in developing new ways of living with stress, illness, life obstacles, or other overwhelming circumstances.

With practice of mindfulness, often described as compassionate awareness, it becomes easier to notice situations, thoughts, emotions and not be drawn into them. When we are mindfully aware of ourselves and our surroundings, we are fully present to our experiences, to others, and to our environment. The practice fortifies us to grow beyond feelings of victimisation, it grounds and nurtures us to make choices that reflect our true values, intentions, and concern for ourselves and others.

The six week program helps to start, or renew the mindfulness practice, or can be used as a support when going through difficult times. During the six weeks we will explore the philosophical concepts of mindful awareness, such as the beginners mind, loving-kindness, painbody, impermanence and interconnectedness, and love, not as a romantic notion but as a foundation and binding force of every life.

Every week we will meditate and discuss our experiences with the practice and the new mind-body concepts.

You will receive a set of instructional meditations to practice, a set of mindful activities, and a book beautifully exploring the fundamental philosophical concepts of mindful living.

Our groups are small, it is best to pre-register.

In a busy, sometimes insane, schedule, take a moment to occupy a space devoted to the art of creating nurturing bonds with people around us. We invite you to a six-week process of deepening your practice of the four elements of love: loving-kindness, compassion, joy, and freedom.

DEVELOP YOUR OWN HEALING LOVING-KINDNESS PRACTICE

WHAT TO EXPECT?

During the six weeks you will develop your own healing BeLove practice.
We will explore the four philosophical concepts of Buddhist elements of love, not as a romantic notion, but as a foundation and binding force of every life. We will address how to masterfully tap into this force, transforming feelings of victimisation, anger, anxiety, isolation, hopelessness.
You will receive and practice six BeLove meditations:

  • Mindfulness Mediation  to calm the mind chatter and open space for intentional awareness.
  • Body Scan Meditation to reconnect with your body caringly and compassionately.
  • Loving-Kindness Meditation.
  • Loving Joy Meditation.
  • Freedom to Love Meditation.
